Who doesn’t love pizza? I mean think hard on this one. Not many, if any. It is a symbol of comfort layered with gooey goodness. The options of toppings are endless. From pepperoni (the best and most traditional topping) to mushrooms there is a pizza for everyone. The only real controversy surrounding it is whether Hawaiian pizza qualifies as pizza. I guess the debate is whether pineapple belongs. Poor thing, I guess some think pineapples only belong in Hawaiian drinks. But I digress.
Finding Your Inner Pizza strives to be another source of multi-topping comfort. Written by a recovering introvert who is on a journey to step, run and skip out of her comfort zone, Finding Your Inner Pizza speaks to those who want the same. Tell Me More Tuesday is a weekly thread posted to encourage and support the pizza community. I will jump out of my comfort zone and share something about myself. If you are moved to share, this is your area and space. I will be your cheerleader. You are always welcome in my kitchen!
Pizza topping #1— learning to find inspiration in everyday life. So often, the little things that hold so much knowledge, are glossed over. Maybe it is because we tend to be in a constant state of rush. We are so busy hurrying from task to task that we miss the here and now. The here and now is full of life’s magic. Let’s stop, sit back and discover it together.
Pizza topping #2 — self-love. As an introvert who battles depression, this often seems elusive. Join me as I share my journey into the light. Through humor and honesty, I will craft a picture of your pizza chef. I will show the power of positivity and show you that change and finding your voice is possible.
